Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest.
  6. Pour the lime mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
