- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
