Description

Vietnamese Grilled Chicken is a flavorful dish marinated in herbs and spices, then grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, black pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
