Vietnamese Grilled Chicken is a flavorful dish marinated in herbs and spices, then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, black pepper, and lime juice.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

- Marinate overnight for a deeper flavor.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
