Description

Delicious mini strawberry pop tarts perfect for Valentine’s Day. These pop tarts are vegan and easy to make.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt.
  3. Add water gradually until dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into small rectangles.
  5. Place a teaspoon of strawberry jam on half of the rectangles.
  6. Cover with remaining rectangles and seal edges with a fork.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and almond milk for icing.
  9. Drizzle icing over cooled pop tarts.

Notes
