Description
A refreshing chicken salad with a creamy tzatziki dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced cucumber and shredded chicken to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with pita bread or on a bed of greens.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
