Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tuscan white beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse and soak the beans overnight.
  2. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onion; sauté until soft.
  4. Add soaked beans, broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
