Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. Let cool.
- Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until pale.
- Fold melted dark chocolate into the egg mixture.
- Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into a cake pan and chill.
- Repeat the process with milk chocolate and white chocolate.
- Layer each mousse on top of each other in the pan.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Allow the cake to chill overnight for better texture.
- Serve with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
