Description

A rich and decadent dessert made with three types of chocolate for intense flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. Let cool.
  2. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until pale.
  4. Fold melted dark chocolate into the egg mixture.
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  6. Pour into a cake pan and chill.
  7. Repeat the process with milk chocolate and white chocolate.
  8. Layer each mousse on top of each other in the pan.
  9. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
