Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook until tomatoes soften.
  5. Drain gnocchi and add to the pan. Toss to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil.
