Description

Three-Cheese Spinach Roll-Ups are a delicious and cheesy appetizer that combines spinach and three types of cheese wrapped in pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 large lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle and roll them up.
  6. Arrange the roll-ups in the baking dish, seam side down.
  7. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with extra mozzarella if desired.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • You can substitute cottage cheese for ricotta if preferred.
