Three-Cheese Spinach Roll-Ups are a delicious and cheesy appetizer that combines spinach and three types of cheese wrapped in pasta.

- 8 large lasagna noodles
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle and roll them up.
- Arrange the roll-ups in the baking dish, seam side down.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with extra mozzarella if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
- You can substitute cottage cheese for ricotta if preferred.
- Top with fresh basil for added freshness.
