Ingredients

- 4 ears of corn, grilled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Grill the corn until charred, then let it cool.
- Cut the kernels off the cob and place in a large bowl.
- Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and avocado.
- Drizzle lime juice over the mixture.
- Add salt and feta cheese, then toss gently.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
