A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu using fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until peaks form.
- Fold in the mascarpone cheese gently.
- Dip ladyfinger cookies in the brewed coffee briefly.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish.
- Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on your sweetness preference.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso.
