Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until peaks form.
  2. Fold in the mascarpone cheese gently.
  3. Dip ladyfinger cookies in the brewed coffee briefly.
  4. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  5. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
