A delicious and satisfying dish featuring sticky chicken served over rice.
Ingredients

- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve it over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for extra nutrition.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
