A fresh salad with steak and Gorgonzola cheese
Ingredients

- 8 oz steak
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Grill the steak to your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, tomatoes, red onion, and walnuts.
- Add the sliced steak and Gorgonzola cheese to the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of cheese to taste.
- Use your favorite dressing if you prefer.
- Leftover steak works well in this salad.
