Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, cilantro, and green onions.
  3. Add cooked noodles to the vegetable mixture.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and honey.
  5. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  6. Top with crushed peanuts before serving.
