Ingredients

- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn, canned or grilled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup tortilla strips
- 1/4 cup Southwest dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce and grilled chicken.
- Add the black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and avocado.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Drizzle with Southwest dressing and toss again.
- Top with shredded cheese and tortilla strips before serving.
