Description

Delicious shrimp tacos with fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
  6. Squeeze lime juice on top before serving.

Notes
