- 2 ripe avocados, diced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- Add cooked shrimp to the bowl and gently mix.
