Description
A fresh and crunchy salad inspired by potstickers.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of shredded cabbage
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- 1 cup of sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup of cooked and diced chicken or tofu
- 1/4 cup of sesame dressing
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, and cilantro.
- Add the cooked chicken or tofu to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix sesame dressing, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the dressing to your taste.
- Add chopped peanuts for extra crunch.
- Use leftover potstickers for added flavor.
