Description

A fresh and crunchy salad inspired by potstickers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1 cup of sliced cucumbers

  • 1 cup of cooked and diced chicken or tofu

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. Add the cooked chicken or tofu to the bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sesame dressing, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
