A delicious and easy recipe for pineapple shrimp skewers.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp and pineapple to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Thread shrimp and pineapple onto skewers alternately.
- Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are cooked through.
- Remove from grill and serve hot.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Serve with a dipping sauce if desired.
- Can substitute chicken for shrimp.
