A fresh and zesty salsa combining pineapple and mango for a tropical twist.
Ingredients

- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple and mango.
- Add the diced red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes for flavors to meld.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled fish.
- Adjust the heat by adding more or less jalapeño.
