Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup water
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add water gradually and stir until smooth.
- Fold in pineapple chunks.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
