Description
A tasty pepperoni pasta salad that’s easy to make.
Ingredients

- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, black olives, and red onion.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
- Adjust dressing to taste.
