Description

A tasty pepperoni pasta salad that’s easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, black olives, and red onion.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
