Crispy and cheesy zucchini fries made with Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice zucchinis into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each zucchini slice in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated zucchini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
- Try adding Italian herbs for more flavor.
