Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup dried fruit
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Continue boiling without stirring until mixture reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, nuts, and dried fruit.
- Pour mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Let cool and break into pieces.
