Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Grill the salmon for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Top each salmon fillet with mango salsa before serving.
