- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned on both sides.
- Add garlic, mango, and pineapple to the pan.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
