A flavorful dish combining chicken with mango and pineapple.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Add garlic, mango, and pineapple to the pan.
  5. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
