A delightful twist on classic tiramisu infused with limoncello.
Ingredients

- 6 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup limoncello
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Whisk egg yolks and sugar until thick.
- Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Mix limoncello with lemon zest.
- Dip ladyfingers in the limoncello mixture briefly.
- Layer soaked ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers.
- Top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lemons for zest.
- Chill overnight for better flavor.
- Adjust limoncello to taste.
