Description

Fresh and healthy summer rolls wrapped in lettuce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup julienned vegetables (carrots, cucumber, bell pepper)
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)
  • 1/4 cup peanut sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients and set them aside.
  2. Take a lettuce leaf and lay it flat.
  3. Place a small amount of vermicelli noodles in the center of the leaf.
  4. Add cooked shrimp, vegetables, and herbs on top of the noodles.
  5. Fold the sides of the lettuce over the filling and roll tightly.
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve with peanut sauce for dipping.

  • Use rice paper if preferred.
