Description
Fresh and healthy summer rolls wrapped in lettuce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked
- 1 cup julienned vegetables (carrots, cucumber, bell pepper)
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)
- 1/4 cup peanut sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients and set them aside.
- Take a lettuce leaf and lay it flat.
- Place a small amount of vermicelli noodles in the center of the leaf.
- Add cooked shrimp, vegetables, and herbs on top of the noodles.
- Fold the sides of the lettuce over the filling and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with peanut sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Use rice paper if preferred.
- Customize fillings according to your preference.
