Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, and egg until smooth.
- Add green onions, carrots, bell pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, spreading it out.
- Cook until the edges start to crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use your favorite vegetables for variety.
- Adjust the thickness of the batter with more or less water.
- Serve with soy sauce mixed with vinegar for dipping.
