  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced.
  • Ginger: 1 teaspoon, grated.
  • Rice Vinegar: 1 tablespoon.
  • Gochujang: 1 tablespoon.
  • Cooked Rice: 2 cups of jasmine or short-grain rice.
  • Kimchi: 1 cup.
  • Scallions: 1/2 cup, chopped.

Instructions
