A hearty kielbasa sausage and cheesy potato casserole.
Ingredients

- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add kielbasa sausage and cook until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the kielbasa mixture to the potato mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Serve hot for best flavor.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Add herbs for extra flavor if desired.
