Description

A hearty kielbasa sausage and cheesy potato casserole.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add kielbasa sausage and cook until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the kielbasa mixture to the potato mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
