Description

A simple and flavorful dish made with chicken marinated in honey and lime.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pour marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Brush chicken with olive oil and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
