Description

A delicious and spicy chicken salad with a honey twist.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed greens

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the hot sauce and honey.
  2. Add shredded chicken and toss to coat.
  3. In another bowl, combine celery, red onion, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
  4. Mix the chicken mixture with the mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve over mixed greens.
