A delicious and easy recipe for honey garlic shrimp bowls.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli, steamed
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour sauce over shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve shrimp over rice and top with broccoli and green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- You can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
