Description

A delicious and easy recipe for honey garlic shrimp bowls.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli, steamed
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour sauce over shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve shrimp over rice and top with broccoli and green onions.
