Grilled chicken marinated in a sweet and tangy Hawaiian sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate overnight.
- Serve with rice or a fresh salad.
- Adjust cooking time for thicker chicken breasts.
