Description

Grilled chicken marinated in a sweet and tangy Hawaiian sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
