Ingredients

- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
- Add lime juice, onion, tomatoes, garlic, and salt.
- Mash the mixture with a fork until smooth or chunky, as desired.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
