- 1 pound ground beef

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the center.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Fill the zucchini halves with the beef mixture.
- Top each filled zucchini with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
