Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and garlic.
- Add milk and parsley, mixing until just combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead gently.
- Roll out to 1-inch thickness and cut into triangles.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
