Description
A tasty and crunchy corn salad with Fritos.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup Fritos corn chips
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, cheese, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix.
- Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and stir to combine.
- Just before serving, add Fritos and gently mix.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh corn for a sweeter taste.
- Adjust the ranch dressing to your preference.
- Can be made a day ahead, but add Fritos just before serving.
