Description

A tasty and crunchy corn salad with Fritos.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Fritos corn chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, cheese, and green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix.
  3. Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Just before serving, add Fritos and gently mix.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh corn for a sweeter taste.
  • Adjust the ranch dressing to your preference.
  • Can be made a day ahead, but add Fritos just before serving.
