Description
A refreshing and light sandwich made with cucumber and cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 8 slices of whole grain bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and dill.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer cucumber slices on half of the bread slices.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.
- Cut sandwiches into quarters and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
- Chill the sandwiches for 30 minutes before serving for extra freshness.
