A refreshing twist on the classic Caesar salad using cucumbers.
Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup croutons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel the cucumbers.
- Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and romaine lettuce.
- Add Caesar dressing and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and croutons on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use yogurt-based dressing.
- Garnish with additional herbs if desired.
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
