Description

A simple and delicious Chinese chicken fried rice recipe.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add chicken and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Add scrambled eggs and green onions. Mix well and heat through.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
