Description
A simple and delicious Chinese chicken fried rice recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add chicken and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add scrambled eggs and green onions. Mix well and heat through.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for best results.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Feel free to add more vegetables or proteins.
