Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to enhance flavors.
