Description
A simple and refreshing chicken salad.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, and grapes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on lettuce or as a sandwich.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
