Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 chicken fillet, cooked and shredded
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add soy sauce, shredded chicken, mushrooms, and bok choy.
  5. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Divide noodles into bowls and ladle soup over them.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
