A comforting chicken ramen soup that’s easy to make and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 chicken fillet, cooked and shredded
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add soy sauce, shredded chicken, mushrooms, and bok choy.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Divide noodles into bowls and ladle soup over them.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Add a boiled egg for extra protein.
