- 1 cup pineapple chunks

- 1 lime, juiced
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, pineapple chunks, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken and pineapple mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
