Description

Delicious chicken pesto sandwich made with fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix shredded chicken and pesto sauce in a bowl.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil leaves.
  5. Cover with the second slice of bread.
  6. Place the sandwich on a baking sheet.
