Description
A refreshing chicken pasta salad perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
- Pour Italian dressing over the salad.
- Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Can be made a day in advance.
