Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 10 corn tortillas
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Mix chicken, cheese, salt, cumin, and chili powder in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Soften tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Fry flautas in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
