A delicious chicken avocado melt sandwich with melted cheese and fresh ingredients.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for toasting
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer shredded chicken and avocado on one slice of bread.
- Place cheese on top of the chicken and avocado.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.
- Cook in the skillet until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and cut in half.
Notes
- Use whole grain bread for a healthier option.
- Add lettuce or tomato for extra crunch.
- Grill the sandwich for a crispy texture.
